Billing Data Analyst

Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) is a Vodafone Group entity offering Vodafone products and services to multinational customers. VGE is helping some of the world’s leading businesses to stay more connected and more responsive at both a global and local level. VGE customers include many large multinational companies (MNCs).
The purpose of the role is to manage the complex Billing Process of Vodafone Global Enterprise’s customers. The person needs to have strong Data Analyzing skills with an open mind for Telecommunications. The Data Analyst will need to work closely with other Team members and has to support them from a technical aspect.

What you will do:
• Providing technical support for cross-functional teams
• Managing billing related customer data changes
• Managing and resolving billing data related queries
• Ensuring that all the billing related information is captured accurately in the system
• Analyzing and driving resolution for complex system related issues
• Identifying and creating internal process and tool improvements
• Actively taking part in system development projects

This position is for you if you have:
• Fluency in English
• Technical mindset and creative problem solving skills
• Interest in data analysis, manipulating and processing; experience in data management environment is an advantage
• Proactive, analytical thinking
• Good understanding of MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot and other formulas) is a must; MS Access, VBA and/or SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Work experience in an international environment is an advantage
• Willingness to learn about new IT solutions
