The Service Excellence team has been set up to support the Vodafone Shared Services (VSS) journey to optimize and transform our services and create impactful outcomes for our customers.
As part of the team you will be responsible for delivering the Digital Roadmap and Implementation Plans for the VSS Enterprise Service Line and lead the overall implementation of the strategic direction on a day-to-day basis.
What you will do:
Contribute in defining, communicating and delivering a comprehensive suite of initiatives in the Digital for the Enterprise Service Line in align with the overall business strategy, frameworks and standards
Drive digitally driven process improvements and efficiencies
Be responsible for the creation and delivery of the business cases for the implementation of Digital and Intelligent Automation tools for Enterprise Service Line
Be responsible for end to end stakeholder management and project governance for multiple projects
Lead multiple digital functional assessments and similar innovation related projects with an overview of the value delivery and outcome of each project.
Stay abreast with latest technologies for given domain and ideate to bring them in-house in conjunction with the digital roadmap
This position is for you if you have:
University or college degree
Ca. 5-8 years of Commercial experience in a Shared Service environment (e.g Bid, Pricing, Sales, etc)
Experience with Intelligent Automation/ Robotics Process Automation tools
Strong process improvement knowledge and methodologies
Fluency in English
Successful ability to drive change in a highly complex organisational environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, ability and curiosity to understand business needs and to act as advisor
